Acceptance
By creating a QuoteLlama account or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
QuoteLlama is a quoting tool for managed-service providers. We offer it on the tier you've subscribed to (see pricing). We may add features, change pricing for new subscriptions, or sunset features with reasonable notice.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret + for the actions taken from your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don't use QuoteLlama to violate the law, harass others, scrape our service, or abuse our integrations (Stripe, Postmark, PandaDocs, HaloPSA, etc.). Don't introduce malware. Don't reverse-engineer to clone the product.
Tenant data
Your customer + quote data is yours. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. We don't claim ownership. We isolate it from other tenants per our privacy policy.
Billing
Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. You can manage / cancel at any time via the in-app billing portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months unless required by law (separate request to [email protected]).
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, we retain your data for 30 days (export window) then delete it.
Warranty + liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction TBD — operator finalizing].
Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
